Total Entertainment Files Form 10-SB To Become a
Fully Reporting Company

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 1999--Total Entertainment Inc., (NASD OTCBB: TTLN) today announced
that it has filed a Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC) to
become a fully reporting company with the SEC under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

Total Entertainment Inc.'s auditor is Grant Thornton LLP., Edison N.J., and its corporate and securities counsel is Sadis &
Goldberg LCC. New York N.Y.

The Form 10-SB filing establishes a public file containing material financial and business information on the company for use by
investors, and also, upon its effectiveness, will obligate the company to keep such public information current by filing periodic
reports on Forms 10-QSB (Quarterly Report) and 10-KSB (Annual Report), and for certain current events.

The company's Form 10-SB filing is subject to SEC review and comments.

Audited financial statements as of years ended December 31, 1998 and 1997. Financial Statements for nine months ended
September 30, 1999 are included in the Form 10-SB filing.

Sandy Masselli Jr., Chairman and CEO, stated ``We are pleased that the audit process has been completed, we have worked
