Putz,
The FTC investigation will cost Intel millions of dollars. It will also cost AMD millions of dollars. Can AMD afford it?

AMD is already losing money. They have an enormous interest on their debt. Add to this the FTC costs and they could very well go bankrupt.

You'all should factor this into your estimates for Q4.

The final irony of the FTC investigation, is that it causes Intel's competitors to go out of business.
