LOL...the Border with Mexico is un-patrolled for miles and miles and miles. I know I've stood on the border at several locations in remote California and Arizona. There ain't no one there. The problem with the Mexico border is that it's not being enforced. You have the Border Patrol that is under staffed, under funded and under equipped. How can you compare that to militarily sealing off a border? You can't. Orca
