They were my 1st and last. I spent more time in their local branch here in Orlando arguing about fills and commissions on pennies. 1 quick story....They charged me $2000 for 10k worth of GAAY(POS penny stock). I no longer trade pennies. The branch manager actually looked me in the eye and told me that they had every right to charge me that, and "they" had "no problem" with it, it was included in my agreement upon signing. I closed the account on the spot, coming close to punching the Branch mgr, for he knew they were ripping me off but kept a straight face the entire time. What a joke. Every chance I get, I talk negatively about them.
