Uh lets see.....

MPRS (SBYT) has already announced that they will get -0.09 earnings this quarter. Thats A LOSS! Last year they were sitting with a modest gain. If it were not for this buyout MPRS would have falled sub-5 again. We were SAVED by GTIS.

But look at what GTIS gets for their part of the bargain:

1. Lots and lots of debt.
2. Lots and Lots of people (many of which will have to be canned. This will lead to a brain drain of talent)

Thats on the negative side. On the positive side they get:

1. Licenses for ST, CIV, MTG, etc.
2. Whatever talent decides to stay after the takeoever.

On the whole it might be a smart deal. But consider this... GTIS has 50 million shares outstanding. 40 million they hold internally (at least this was the case when they went pub back in 95). They are burning up 20 million of their shares bringing the total float from around 10 to 30 MILLION shares! This doesn't affect EPS but will make it THAT much harder to see the REALLY big gains possible. Remember when GTIS was at 22? Thats what can happen when the float is really low and few big guys decide to start buying......

Oh well... I sold all my shares of MPRS at 7-3/16..... If I want to get into GTIS can always buy later..........

This is probably my last post on this thread... So Cyall....
