I also noticed that Merril Lynch analyst Tom Kurlak has recently downgraded Intel because he thinks there may be an industry slow-down. (I think its a possibility too, because of the lack of killer OS's or apps being released soon.)

If this scenario pans out, then DELL will come tumbling down.
