Claude - No I dont have a whole lot of details but the $6.7- price with 20 MM outstanding seems too high but I am weak at resousce calculations. I have done some TA on it and I see a weakening but the folks on SH are convinced that a takoevr is already on the table and they have been hinting at a 15020 price since about nmid february. I am not buying in at thi sprice nor at anyprice with some sort of technical sign. I doubt I will ever be back in this one - I will go chase a penny stock looking for a mine. as you know for now I will play PFN through its ups and downs
