I looked, I really did, and I don't see it. It is curious to me why BW would even take this tack. Is BW trying to show intent? If they are, they certainly didn't do their homework.

Two points here -
1. This collection was started in response to the absurd BW legal threats.
2. None of the WebNode Three seem to be involved.
