cool.. looks like ARET "is" a mover.. anyway, your mortgage experience is priceless... I hope you'll take some leadership on the PRWT and ARET boards if you haven't already.. I've been out of town for a week so kind of lost track.. look forward to your posts on the ARET thread over the weekend as many will be asking questions there...
