These were three different simple possession cases (i.e., not distribution), one occurring 20 years ago and one occurring 8 years ago. Maybe the guy was just stupid, I wouldn't argue that point.

This is FAR closer to torture than waterboarding ever was. If I were that guy and had the chance to be waterboarded in the way three al Qaeda members were, to escape that sentence I'd take it in a microsecond and so would any liberal fool posting here.

This is one reason I would vote for Hillary before I would Jindal.
