I am sorry Nanny, I don't follow Tyson Foods or ADM. Did some of their top management 'issue materially false and misleading financial statements which materially overstated the financial condition of ...' their respective companies. If they did, your right I won't touch them. As far as MSFT, I do follow them and was not aware of such a lawsuit against Bill Gates. What did he do? Please enlighten me. Brent
