As they wait for the weather yo allow them to return to on the ground exploration at the Treaty Creek Cu/Au/Ag project in BC's Golden Triangle, Tudor Resources aka TUO and its JV partners have been busy on two fronts.

Metallurgical testing on the gold rich domains which have become the core of Treaty Creek's economics have greatly improved recoveries, particularly of gold, and has produced a highly saleable Cu/Au/Ag concentrate. Further testing is ongoing.

Meanwhile, they are planning to submit permits to construct a 3 km long exploration drive into the heart of the Goldstorm deposit next to those gold rich domains, which will make exploration much easier as the other end will be near the base camp rather than up on the mountain.

Yes, it's really happening. Goldquest Mining aka GQC is back at work on its properties in the Dominican Republic after a multi-year hiatus due to now-resolved permitting issues.

It turns out GQC's geologists have been doing some low level exploration along the Tireo Belt, where it owns a large swath of land, with mapping and sampling identifying five new VMS targets analogous to its flagship Romero deposit. More mapping and sampling is now underway to further define the targets for upcoming drilling.

Meanwhile,GQC is also doing preparatory work for an FBS on Romero, which already has a defined Resource as well as a PFBS. That PFBS returned an IRR of 28% based on $1300 Au and $2.50 copper. Even though costs will have increased, I expect the increase in metal prices and more work on Romero will result in much better numbers for the FBS.

 I did two transactions today.

After further reflection, I added to my holdings in AUX aka Golden Cross Resources, based on the prospectivity of their new gold properties in Victoria, Australia, where new understanding of the geology has created a bit of a gold rush in the area.

I also gave up on TECT aka Tectonic Metals and took a loss. I should have known better than to invest in a company involved with the Toxic Twins, Quenton Hennigh and Crestval Capital. If either one of them is involved in a company it is a warning flag. If both are involved, I strongly recommend you stay away! Their joint presence is pretty well a guarantee of promotional activity that will distort he trading of the company's stock, and to their benefit, not yours.
