So far it looks like they overpaid for it.

They closed acquisition 2Q ago, i believe it's too early to tell, BUT it's better to be conservative i suppose

For me more interesting is Rabobank with license. A lot has to be answered yet, so i will carefully listen to Q&A on Nov 10th
