From your list I own and/or started tracking positions to build:

TGT & LYB

The problem with Reversion To The 5 year mean stocks is most/all of the time I am too early on my entry. I started building position in TGT earlier this month. Been in LYB (a cyclical) way too early along w/ DOW and CC.

Been way too early on this cyclicals and even had to harvest tax losses on my high cost shares. After 31 days will buy those back as their value proposition is even better! lol

I still like monitoring the 52wk lows and/or multi year lows and that is when these "reversion to mean" trades come up.
