I am planning to hold until 2026 and see what the Go Private partners decide to do w/ these preferreds. They have an EXIT strategy and that may be to pay these off AFTER all the stock conversions have been completed.

You think there is a chance the buyer of SOHO may acquire SOHO, and THEN pay off the preferreds at $25?
