Take a look at this.....

<<EARNINGS:
1997 Revenues: (Estimated) $8.5 Million
1997 EPS: Firamada President expects 10-11 cents (from Conference Call on 1-22-98)

1998 Revenues Projection: $75 - 80 Million
Projections are based on revenues and growth from existing offices plus Myriad Employment ($60 Million), 4-6 additional offices (either acquisitions or new offices planned for 1998). Firamada expects a gross margin of 26-30% which exceeds the industry average of 19-24%. In the conference call of 1-29-98, Firamada President indicated that we should see at least $60 Million just from the existing offices (including Myriad) without accounting for growth of those offices.

TOTAL SHARES AUTHORIZED: 100 Million
TOTAL SHARES OUTSTANDING: Apx 41 Million
FLOAT: Apx 10 Million
INSIDER HOLDINGS: Apx 31 Million (Virtually ALL Restricted)>>

Min Numbers:
75MM - 40% = 45MM (40% for taxes)
50MM X 26% = 13MM (26% margin)
13MM/50MM = $0.26 (50MM potential shares outstanding)

So, if my math is correct...FAMH should AT LEAST make $0.26 for 1998.

Max Numbers:
80MM - 30% = 56MM (30% for taxes)
56MM X 30% = 17MM (30% margin)
17MM/41MM = $0.41 (41MM shares outstanding right now)

But, they MAY make as much as $0.41.

I am not sure if my calculations are right. If they aren't..please correct me...thank you.

Jon
