I have occasional problems with lightheadedness that has been attributed to dehydration. Could be. I drink between a quart and a half gallon of iced tea a day. It's not as good as water for me, but I drink much more of it than I would of water. The lightheadedness seems to happen within two hours of taking my morning pills. Looking though them for one that is not duplicated by an evening pill, I found Allopurinal. It lists dizzyness as a possible side effect. So I split the pill and am taking it twice a day to see. This side effect is also listed as coming from low BP. As my weight is dropping quickly, I need to watch my input of PB meds as I drop.
