To ocmajor and BETT shareholders,
Yes I agree. I could not sleep last night so I sent Tom an e-mail regarding the press release. I called Tom this morning to make sure that he looked at his e-mail. I got his answering machine which is normal. I have not receive an answer yet, but these are the questions that I asked. Remember, if you have additional questions, Tom does read this thread and normally responds by e-mail to me.
. Did one company acquire the other? If so, which is the surviving company?
. Was the acquisition a purchase or a pooling? If a pooling of interest, how many shares were issued? How many shares will be outstanding after the merger?
. What will be the official date of the merger?
. Does the merger require shareholders' approval?
. What state will the new company be incorporated in?
. Will the fiscal year stay the same?
. Will there be any one time charges due to the acquisition?
. How is eBet and eSportsbet related? Is eSportsbet a division of eBet?
I mentioned to Tom that once I post answers to these questions, some one on this board will repost the information to the Yahoo and AOL threads to get the word out to the investor community.
As far as the financials are concerned, the hold up in having them reported has been the need of funds to pay the CPA to review them. They are ready for review. With this merger, money may have come in to pay the accounting fees.
I mentioned to Tom that the press release was more like a business plan rather than an announcement of a merger.
Go BETT!!! I am happy that the symbol will stay the same.

ps: If I have said something that is already reported, I'm sorry. I get behind on reading the post.
