cyberdoc, cnbc had a report late last week there is going to be a gold index availible for trading soon. I am not sure if it's tied to a basket of gold stocks or just the price of gold, the former makes a little more sense to me and both would probably move about the same most days. I do not think they gave a specific date but was expected soon.
