Making a peach claufoutis today, but that only uses up nine halves. Ate twice that much for breakfast! And have about five quarts prepared in the refrigerator that I don't really know what to do with. They'll keep about a week that way, but any longer and they need to be canned or frozen. I've already canned two batches, so don't really want to do more.

Also making a blackberry pie today. Maybe I'll toss a few peaches in the bottom for juice (and to use them up). :)
