CJ, I'll address the only point in your rambling post that is worth responding to.

Fake claims of religion are nothing new. They have been used throughout American history by those trying to escape their duties as citizens. For example, you should know better than I would about people trying to dodge the draft because they "suddenly found religion" after receiving their draft notice.

None of this should invalidate those who have legitimate claims to religious beliefs. None of this is an excuse to run right over the 1st amendment just because you want to force someone to pay for someone else's contraception or morning-after pill.

Arguing that the 1st amendment doesn't apply because of some people making fake claims is like arguing to scrap all of Medicare because some people scam the system.
