Agreed. Is the 25 mill cash good enough to replace the present value of that business? Looks like the execs are preparing to be bought out, with some lucrative deals made for key management. This one has been discovered. There's at least 5 analysts covering it, and TheStreet.com made it a focus for the day. The story's out. But no one's reacting.
It ain't no Hyde IMO.
