The idea of being a middleman on the Net is a very good one. As the Net wipes out a plethora of these people in the real world, those who can establish such a position in the virtual world early may make some serious dough. Onsale, eBay, etc., come to mind. PNLK has not yet demonstrated that they can gain a market share of anything. AND the question may not be 'who is their competition?' but rather 'who may become their competition?'. They must expand soon if they are to be taken seriously by the Street. Otherwise they might as well be a scam.

IMHO, the business must be more focused on one fantastic idea that can swing into action now. The present basic company concept is not sexy enough unless the site is getting mucho hits. It could be a long wait.........if the company is for real.

I hope they are.
