It isn't my decision. I'm just pointing out that historically, conquest is generally the means by which land has traded hands among nations; but that there can also be a moral entitlement.

I'm not sure how one would prove who was there longer; when you get far enough back there is a co-mingling and the area we're talking about is described in radically different terms. A strong argument can be made that the Jews have a moral entitlement to the land, if that is the criterion.
