About Country Club/DSL and incompetence in installation.

That's exactly what I claimed before when I wrote:

"I think there will be a few bucks to be made on Field Service Management. The new services(MMDS/DSL/Cable) have to build quality on the delivery of services to counteract the QoS delivered (at a quite high cost) by the incumbents."
