Does MXAM own shares in IPMCF ??? I thought the deal with IPMCF entailed 16 mil cash and a million shares of IPMCF to Phoenix, which is owned by Mr. Runyon. Is MXAM involved in that ??? Obviously, Coyote Peak doesn't belong to MXAM yet, either. It belongs to Mr Runyon (probably through Phoenix). I wonder how much MXAM will have to give Mr. Runyon for CP ?? Is any of this correct ??? Comments, please.
