Tom I seriouly doubt that Apple will will still sell even if sun aquires them. Apple hasnt had a market share for years and I doubt that they will have one worth freting about in the near future. Even with a new CEO, I don't feel they will have the innovation or stamina to fight with other PC makers. There operating system is now obsolete, granted it has many great features but what will Sun do with it? I don't forsee Bill Gates showing any pity on Apple in the least bit, I am sure that efforts will be stepped up even more now that Apple has been crippled by chaos. Apple's new CEO isn't going to pull them up from the hole they are in just look at National Semiconductor, it showed marginal gains last year of 2% when other Semiconductor firms were well above that. Apple shows no signs of recovery either way they are on their way down.
