Just a thought. If the reverse stock split vote were to be close, and lets say for the sack of argument, there was one more vote to "not" do the split, who is to say that the company would come out and give out the true count. What safeguards are in place to make sure vote counting on these issues are on the up and up? This also includes all companies. What company counts these things in the first place. Curtis Mathes?
