I did not realize Mr. Vitelle was stepping down from the board. Why would they possibly do this? Kantor is a financial guy (music and soap companies). He replaces Vitelle? Marx is Wheeler's lieutenant--directly relevant experience. Burgess is an electronics salesman to the auto industry (my own)--high volume, repetitive manufacturing, slim margins.
