Hi Richard. Thank you for starting this thread, I was thinking to start one sometime last week but I didn't. Anyway, I have A few thousands of NOI, got in @ 15. In my opinion the stock is under value and a good bet. My target for the next couple months is mid 20s. I would buy more if it has to come back below 15 once more time (which likely won't happen).
