I came over from the CHKP thread. CHKP is not a candidate for SEC or auditor review. Unfortunately they got hammered this week with AXNT and NETA forewarnings. Everytime CHKP's stock price goes high enough to use as currency it gets hammered. They just haven't had the chance and now it won't matter.
