Hi Ken,

Nucentrix (formerly Heartland Wireless) remains the only large MMDS operator that has yet to be acquired by MCI or Sprint. I suspect that, since they already screwed all their original common shareholders just like CAI did and are no longer under immediate bankruptcy pressure, they are probably playing hardball over the acquisition price. I think we could see some downward pressure on NCNX in the next few weeks.
