Who says? There are lots of company's that have gotten listed this way and done very well. I don't know anything about this company, but, a reverse merger can be quite a savvy move if you know what you are doing. Ever heard of Amati Communications? They were created from a reverse merger and eventually got bought by TI for about 15 times what the stock was selling for a the time of the reverse merger.
