It is just that there are too many IPOs coming out next couple of weeks and I rather have a shot at some of the others. These guys have impressive list of backers and the press mostly have good things to say about them but I rather save the available cash for B2B internet ventures as opposed to B2C since that is where the action is they tell me.

As for Blockbuster,I think Viacom is tired of losing money and they just want to dump this on to unsuspecting investors as 'buster' is bleeding them to death,Viacom sans B-buster is doing well if I am not mistaken.
