THIS WEEKS PICK MPSS (OTCBB Fully Reporting) MPEG Super Site Inc. is an Internet entertainment provider. The Company produces and hosts a comprehensive, music, film, and extreme sports Web sites. MPEG is a booking agent for several major properties in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. MPSS is also in the real estate investment business, owning residential rental real estate in CA and AR, and a health/racquetball club in CA. As well as investing in foreclosure sale real estate certificates of purchase. For the fiscal year ended 6/30/99, total revenues fell 35% to $209 thousand. Net income rose 10% to $110 thousand. Results reflect reduced gains on the sale of real estate, offset by lower interest expense. With a 52 week high of $5.62 a share and a book value of $3.50 a share we believe MPSS at their current levels is a real steal. At this time we are still trying to confirm the 100,000 share float.
