Universal Media Holdings, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent With E-Trans Logistics
NEW YORK, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Don Polombo, Co-Chairman of Universal Media Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: UVTF) announced today that the Company and E-Trans Logistics have entered into a signed Letter of Intent in which Universal will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of E-Trans.

The exact amount of the shares of Universal that will be used for the purchase will be determined after further review, completion of due diligence, and negotiations between both parties.

E-Trans Logistics is a transportation logistics company. Through one of its subsidiaries it is developing technology solutions to assist in the final leg of E-commerce.
