I think that's what has occurred already. Remember it was Joe's involvement that got Gauzy to expand its operations. Gauzy before REFR was a good material science company focusing on PDLC smart privacy glass. There was no ADAS Safety Tech. There was no airline windows, sunroofs... the list goes on. That came from its acquisition of VS. Without Joe there would be no purchase of Hitachi's patents or two to three dedicated production lines of SPD film.

Gauzy before REFR would not become the company we see today.
