That's on my list to get familiar with the NAIC model. It sounds straight
forward and I am convinced simple, and consistent are the most
methods.

I am a health administrator by background. I first started looking
for home health company. Pressure is to move more and more to home
care. No question it will happen. Because the market is new and
fragmented, it is tough to find good info on home health agencies. So
I was glad to see VL pick up coverage on one.

That raises in interesting question. How does VL decide to start
following one. I believe they have a bias to follow a company with
top potential. And this is the only pure home care co they cover
I believe.

Like the bias in the SP 500. When SandP picks a co. in each sector to
follow, they don't pick the worst but the average or above average
co. Gives a positive effect to the index. IMHO anyway
