The undisclosed financial terms of the following notice concerns me: could there be more stock issuance involved? -- NILES, Ill., March 13 (Reuter) - Sabratek Corp and Coram Healthcare Corp said Monday they reached a definitive agreement under which Coram will buy Sabratek's seamless multi-therapy infusion pumps and related telemedicine technology. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the companies said Coram's initial order has been placed.
