And again, I thank you too!!! I believe that there are a lot of non-professional investors out there that really have little or no idea how some of these markets work, how the rules and regulations function, and the number of stocks that have been delisted over the years because of any number of questionable reasons. Reading ALL public documentation, CAREFULLY, as well as learning filing requirements, etc, etc, are a part of what is called "due diligence"; the rest being analysis of the financials. These are general statements only, and are not meant to suggest nor imply wrong-doing of any kind at any particular company.
