Yes, and thanks for that link... it does look like a Samsung problem... it appears that most all those forum entries are related to leaving the tablet charging too long... I don't do that, I unplug the charger as quickly as I see it fully charged, and my issue has nothing to do with charging it... while I was checking the weather forecast it just automatically shut down and died... GZ
