"So, this bloated short position is actually quite welcome. It is very tempting to take it out. I have a group of fellow shareholders who hold shares on no margin but have the ability to borrow. We are very tempted to work together and double our positions but there is one hitch. We believe in following the rules and that would be collusion, to an extent. I think there would be howling if people tried to buy a few million shares all at once, don't you think. It would be trivial, and I can not assure you others won't do it without telling me. LOL!"

I hate to say I told you so but...

For the record, I have no position in REFR and I don't care to initiate one. I stick to shorting biotech frauds like GUMM because that's where my expertise is. However, it's always fun to see this thread come alive again even if I am only an observer.

I will say that your lengthy posts and insistence that you wield a financial big stick that could "crush" the shorts, if you choose to, is very amusing (and not the first time I've heard this "threat" and, I'm sure, not the last). It's talk like that that tempts to use the "S" word. I'm just thankful that you're not a GUMM investor. The thought of you teaming up with Danny Boy is too much to bear!
