something's WRONG if Ferguson has a 70% black population and a 6% black police force.
While it appears out of proportion - to assume a police force or any job must be in proportion to the local community is just wishful thinking. You could argue the city is 50% women but the police force is not 50% women either.

Using your simple headed math - why is the NBA so obviously racist against whites?
