Things appear to be for sale and trading over the past month could perhaps indicate a take-over or something along those lines may be imminent... The "Tech/Internet dot com" scenario can't be discounted...However, I don't believe it has any real merit... I believe the debt is being addressed and that the company will continue its efforts in oil/gas but not necessarily under/within the current structure...
