When you broker executes the trade you'll find out real quick what the real price is. 60 1/4 and 67 3/4 has nothing to do with a bid/ask price. Some out of order trades have likely caused some quote system to think CPQ closed at 60. On heavy days, this happens...also sometimes you just get yesterdays close...
