This is the cause of the credit crisis, the markets reflect
the effect. Note that the peak comes this summer with three
very bad months - June, July, and August (the peak). Then
there will be a sharp drop in subprime rate resets starting
September.

The next wave of the credit crisis is scheduled to begin
in mid 2010 and 2011 on Alt-A resets.
