Much brought on by the liberal lawmaking who encourage the concept of homeownership with no down commitment. Many banks were sidestepped by mortgage loan originators who made getting money easy and painless. This created a false demand for housing and we see the far side of these actions. Everyone wants free money from the politicians - I say let her implode and give the deals to those who have saved and want a conventional loan with a conventional down payment. Something for nothin never pays off. SHEESH when will the freeloaders ever get it? Bob
