I'm short in the 70's like you, I've sold some out of the money puts for lunch money. I never go out further than the next options cycle. If I see this sucker turn I will buy them back.
In the meantime I get something. And my basis of my short is slowly increasing.

By the way I read your very good post on the 10Q & k. My feeling is that their margins are going to get squeezed even with the rate increase as users time on line increases. Additionally, there is
a ceiling on revenues that can be achieved from advertising. You can only put so many adds on one page. Deals like intuit buy them time because they incorrectly account for their revenues as if it were
a one shot deal instead of amortizing them over the life of the contract. I have faith it will catch up with them(hopefully soner then later).
