With all due respect, Mish, on a national basis it may be, but I can't buy United States housing.

In many areas of California and now the best areas in the tri-state region and New England, it's down and in some cases significantly.

Sales volume in the Central Valley is at August 2005 levels recently.

This means the "system" is working. Prices fall, buying interest increases.
