"It would be reason enough for me to find a safer place for my family, especially if some of my friends or family have already been gunned down, or I was a marked man" Are you going to climb the wall and waive the flag of the country you can't wait to get out of, and yell obscenities and "DEMAND ENTRANCE" at the Citizens of the Country you would like to relocate too??? Completely understand their predicament. But, it is not the responsibility of the US Taxpayer to rescue the world. It also doesn't qualify for asylum under International Law. Sorry! Lots of US family's in inner city ghettos want a safer place for their families also...... Much of the world is not a very nice to live in compared to the "bubble " of the United States.
